Good work capturing the alert looks of the babies. Good positions of both their heads. I suggest you try cropping some from the right. I would prefer you to crop to just left of the large vertical stalk at the right but that may be too far as you want to leave room on the right for the babies to look into. Just something to considered.
Neat looking animals and good job getting the heads looking the same way. Comp looks good but I'd clone out the stalk that Robert references. My eye wants to continue the line of the stalk down to the piece of green grass almost directly below it. Perhaps a tad more sharpening on the faces/eyes as well.
I like the low angle - virtually eye level perspective. The background is cluttered as is expected for the mongoose kids to vanish at the sign of danger. I agree with Robert that a likely point for crop can be the stick at the right. However, that would reduce the space significantly. So I would prefer more space.
The focus is on the eyes. I don't think you could have increased the aperture further for increased dof as the shutter speed was already down to 1/100. May be increasing the ISO from 200 to 400 would have given you some more shutter speed as well as lee way for increasing aperture to f8 or f9.
