    a good friend told my my editing wasn't bad, but I needed to push the sharpening a little., maybe this is too much?

    I think it looks good regarding sharpening, and regarding light, pose, BG, colors, detail and comp... it also looks stunning! Congratualtions! Great shot!

    Not sure about the sharpenning Ray. The bird shows sharpenning haloes in the left wing and in the white secondaries but it is Ok in other areas. I think that the strongest point of this image is light, action, eye contact and... Bg. I like the Bg a lot.
