I made this image in October when I visited New Jersy. I clipped about a 1/4 inch of the leading wing, so I added canvas and the missing little tip of wing. The weather in NJ was bad during my visit and the opportunities like this were few and far between. I spent an entire day sitting in camo near a decoy Owl waiting for birds like this one.

    Jimbo,
This is an outstanding image IMO.

Why? All of the tech stuff look good.
Placement in the frame is dead on and the feather detail of the full wing and tail feather spread puts this image over the top.

All of that being said, it is a little tight in the frame for my personal taste. What a wonderful problem!
