This was taken this past week of the great blue heron at sunset. The sunsets were beautiful with lots of activity. Hope you enjoy.

Great BG colors, silhouette and mood, I like it a lot! The edges look a bit oversharpened on my monitor.

A real eye catching image, Judy Lynn. Love the rich color and the glow. The only thing that looks out of place to me is a little white thingy above your signature.

Uff, this is a great image Judy!
Love everything about this one, the mood is very ''warm'', just love it. The only thing that I believe that does not belong to the picture is the white ''thing'' on the lower left part of the frame.

Love the mood and pose, light and contrast is great. I only wish the bird to be a bit more separated from the foliage. Congratulaitons!

Great image Judy and agree with all the above, it does look over sharpened and that white spot above your name is a little distracting, other wise lovely.

Great shot Judy! I think that the edges are showing "rim light" and not over sharpening. It looks like the sun was still up and the edges are reflecting that. This is an image that is right on the edge of being too sharp, just right IMO:D. The little hot spot is a little distracting though.

A wonderful image. I particularly like gradation of light and the golden highlights on the heron and the vegetation. The white spot is surely an insect and since it's the only one, I wouldn't miss it if it disappeared.

Love the wing position, the stong backlight, and the palm fronds. I wish that you have pressed the shutter button about 2/10ths of a second sooner to keep the bill out of the palm fronds. I think also that the sky could go a bit lighter. Overall I love it.
