Made this image this morning at Lake Como in Belmar, NJ. This pair of Redheads, one Ruddy Duck, about two dozen Coots and a mess of gulls were all swimming around in an opening in the ice about the size of a kiddie pool that was out a little farther from shore than I would have liked. It was virtually impossible to separate anything in camera and cropping these images has been a bear. But I like the pose here.
Great find, angle and interaction. I might sharpen the birds a bit more and could see this as a pano crop, too. Alternatively, I would crop a bit off the bottom and add a bit canvas on the left. I would also run some NR on the BG.
Love the interaction, the perfect EXP, and the male's head angle.

Thanks Axel. Thanks Artie. Appreciate the feedback.
Axel, I have a pano crop, not of this image, but of these two Redheads that I may post tonight. I have been using Neat Image for NR on my PC laptop but I haven't added it to the Mac yet. And the NR in LR isn't that good.
