Linda, The placement of the bird is much better,would add a punch of color luminosity-seems to have lost that from orig. post, also maybe from downsizing but it is showing alot of noise.I think you did a great job w/ the content aware scale, it's a bit tricky-but you did well!!
P.S. I love blurs and like Alfred says the key is in the color!
Linda, you can post a re-post of the same image in the same thread by hitting "go advanced" that helps in other forums where you can only start 1 new thread per 24 hours, I've noticed it isn't as strict here! Plus the added bonus is everyone can see the before and after(some people may not click on your first post)

Love the repost - it's much stronger from a compositional standpoint. You did seem to lose a bit of the colorful edge, though. I ran noise reduction and then did a simple "S" curve in curves and this is what I came up with. Not sure that's what you intended but I thought it was kinda nice.
