I like the pose, head angle and diagonal perch. I would crop a bit off the top and bottom and sharpen the bird more. Could you post the complete techs? A bit wider DOF would have made it even better. Keep them coming!

Agree with Axel, a little dof might have helped, and I find the growth on the perch distracting.
