Kevin, you have a good HA and pose. Just might suggest toning down the whites a bit to bring out more feather detail. The lighting looks a little harsh. Remember to post your specs!!!

    Sorry about that.

This wood stork turns up at the back of my house every lunchtime. So definitely not the best time in harsh FL sunlight!

    Hi Kevin

Love the pose and setting If anything more room all around, bird feels a little tight in frame.

Time of day for their arrival is not the best photographically but there are days of heavy overcast ..... Good luck !!! I like it a lot !!!

btw post tech info if you can, will make evaluating much easier and effective !!!

Thanks for all your comments. This was pretty much out of camera. A little tweak here and there in Lightroom (a little recovery and a small boost in saturation with levels adjustment) Not cropped at all, so nothing to add to surround. Picture tweaked .... but does this now look off-white?

Actually I just realized the previous pic was a different one in the series of 5 I took of the same scene (sorry). Here is the original tweaked.

hi kevin, love the pose. you did well in the light. as far as the saturation on the repost, i would back it down. doesnt look natural.
