This image was created in the Upper Masi Mara, Kenya. This is the same BCSE that I posted previously, however this is before it consumed the frog. This is not as striking an Avian image as the earlier post, but it shows behavior. I couldn't relocate around front of tree for fear of loosing my subject. Grey overcast day, late afternoon. Quite a sight through the viewfinder. Critique and comments eagerly sought, I'm here to learn. Thanks, John

I'm really missing the eye contact here, and the image has the look of a significant crop. I understand you couldn't reposition for a better angle and I applaud you for not wanting to scare it away by trying to so. I'd definitely re-crop more loosely. I'm sure it was quite a sight, thanks for sharing :-)

    Fully agree with Daniel

Would like to see the looser crop, should be much improved. Interesting image and one I would keep.
