Missouri Mississippi River Eagle

C&C welcome. My first post on this forum. The eagle was floating down the Mississippi River on a hunk of ice.

Hi Jonathan, welcome, nice first post, cool that you got him in this great setting. To my eye the whites on the head look a little too light and lacking detail. I would go back to the raw file and darken the exposure a bit to try and bring some detail back into the head feathers. It's certainly a tough exposure.

Welcome to BPN, Jonathan. Very nice first post. I like the setting and head angle. I would put the bird further to the right in the frame and sharpen it more. You could also try to tone down the highlights some more. Keep them coming!
