I tried to salvage this one by cloning and smudge-ing, and... got carried away.
I really want to see what you think of my "creation".
Before you go brutal on me, I simply MUST show you the original.(next post)
I hope it will give you an insight of the frustration that I and several
other photographers felt that morning in Plymouth. The gull would simply not
move away from the "bird feeder". If it moved it had "bird food" all over the beak.
In any case once-in-a-lifetime experience:D

The original made me laugh, thanks for sharing! Did someone go to Stop&Shop in the morning to make the gull happy? :) I think you did very well considering the setting and second 'bird'.
.... need to go brutal here .... the gull is salvageble but not sure about the other bird ... I think its toast :D
You should be able to salvage the image during the conversion, at least I would give it a try.
Can you do a double conversion? one linear the other normal or just one very dark the other normal. Go to Educational Resources and we have a tutorial on how to do it !!!
Hi Dukovski,
Very good advise given...after looking at the original composition, I think you did well considering. Looking forward to your next one...
Sorry to be a pain, but what is the post's subject for double conversion?:o
I tried in Educational Resources, I guess did not try hard enough
