    Default Tufted Titmouse

Love the head gear on these guys. This one was "baited" with Sunflower seeds.

That is quite "in your face". Perhaps too much. I would crop more loosely - a vertical with some canvas added below and a tiny bit above might work. I do like the pose though. Critical focus is obviously on the crest, which I find oversharpened.

.... or you could go tighter !!! Would rather go with either extreme ( I know its a big crop so its just for suggestion) Agree with Daniel on the over sharpening !!! Different and I like it !!!

Bob, I've come back and looked at this image a couple times today...it grabbed my interest. I think I'd loosen it up a bit, plus, the stick behind him looks like it's running through his body. On the other hand, the feather pattern on the crest is really interesting, so maybe Al is on to something. Let us know what you think....

Folks, Thanks for the comments on this one. I do think it needs a different crop and may be over sharpened due to me trying Nik Sharpen. I am off to Vermont on a project for a few days and will give it a new look on my return. I do wish I could get these guys out in the open like this rare pose form the same session. Thanks again, Bob
