Great bird, good EXP and sharpness, perch so-so (you might consider removing the branch that is spearing his chest).
I like also that the bird appears to be holding his own little spear....
Biggest problem? Head angle; folks need to be aware of the head angle when they depress the shutter button. It is one of the basics that must always be paid attention to....

Pretty bird, agree about the perch and spear. Seems like a loss of detail within the orangeish feathers. Head angle not as big of concern with me in this instance. Probably goes back to my glamor / nude days.
Thanks for that, I noticed the branch a little too late. Unfortunately a better head angle was not available as we got closer (this was a safety shot) the bird flew away. Next time!
