Hi Jose - A big wlecome to the BPN Faimly :) Nice first post. You havew good sharp details, a good Head a ngle and eye contact - well done.
Would like to see more room on the top = feels a little tight and think it might be cuttng off some of those wonderfully long eyelashes. Looks like the sun was at your side wich hasn;t hurt you too much this time around, but it is best to keep it at your back.
if you were so inclined I might remove the OOF people in the background.

Well done and looking forward to more :)

    Big Warm Welcome Jose !!!!!

What an entrance !!!! Squirrel first post Big Congrats !!!

Great eye contact, behavior, exposure and sharpness !!! Tight works for me but would also have one with more room showing the bg !!! For those you can go as wise as possible with the zoom and place the camera in front of the squirrel, no viewfinder !!! Can get some awesome perspectives !!!! Muy buena imagen Vale !!!

For those who want more room, the non-cropped version. Thanks for your kind comments :-)

Lance: Thanks. Those people show how close to the beach this squirrels go...so I think they can stand there.
Alfred: Yes, that was a 20 cm shot (ground angle). This squirrels come to eat to your hand...

Welcome to the BPN family Jose,
I like the image and capture, you have nice sharp details, a good head angle, and good sharp eye contact...I like the close up pose, but would give it more room all the way around...once again, welcome and looking forward to seeing more...

    Big welcome Jose!

What a cool image! I like both..the tight crop on the first make for a neat perspective head to body and the non-copped is nice squirrel in habitat!

Very impressive Jose. Awesome composition on the second post and just as good on the portrait one. Very sharp.

José, very nice shot either way but I agree with Lance and like the sky in the composition. It doesn't detract from the little guy and adds some variety of color to the scene. I also like the less aggressive sharpening and overall lower contrast of the second one. Thank you for sharing!
