Nice light and gliding pose. A bit noisy in the darker areas - you should be able to tame that with some selective NR. I would darken the pupil to make the eye look better. Overall well done :-)

Yes, the face and eye could be a bit sharper. I like the pose but it would be even better if the bird had been tilted a bit more towards you. I like the soft light.
