    The light was staring to get a little harsh (9:30) but I still liked some of my images from that day.

    50D, 100-400 at 400
    1/1600, f/5.6, ISO 250

    I like this one. The crashing surf really tell us something about his habitat. The bird is well posed and well lit, I love that foot in the air. In addition, I also like the hint of a reflection at the bottom. Good job.

    I like the angle of the wave across the frame and the little sparkles in the foam. Looks like he's trying to run away from the wave.
