    Very nice Chris,
I like the capture and pose, would consider sharpening the eye just a tad more...

McKerricher? McKerricher? ONLY my most favorite place in the world! Chris! McKerricher??? Oh man...

Chris, I like your composition. I do think he's a bit soft in the face (and at 400mm I can see why.) I also think if you darkened the FG and lightened the BG you'd have a better image exposure-wise. You're right...harsh light...we all hate it!

I slept on the beach of McKerricher a few times when visiting my parents. There is just nothing like it. I just fell in love with the place.

Hi Paul I think the focus point drifted of the face or just lost focus? Do like the angle and pose ... that little guy means business !!! :)

Glad to see I'm keeping you all on your toes. I noticed immediately as soon as i posted it that the face wasn't as sharp as I would like it to be. Alfred my name is Chris ;)

Julie I'm glad I can bring you back to your California days once and awhile with my images.

    God's blessings to all,

    Chris

HI Chris - love the composition and the blue BG. Harsh light is just the pits.

Sharpened him up a bit - Darkened the FG a tad - Lightened the BG a tad - all quick adjustments, you can do heaps better.

    Any improvment??

    Looking forward to more :)
