Default Monsoon Over the Salton Sea

Flying into San Diego last August for a conference I noticed a series of wonderful monsoon thunderstorms north of the Salton Sea. I had problems with the typical dirty airline window, but I thought this was a nice view.

    I like this Judd,
A very impressive view...I like the multi colored tones and hues of greens and blues that form into a checkered pattern. the body of water looks beautiful...you know for as many flights that I have taken; I have never photographed from the plane... How high is this?

Thanks Gus. We were on our descent into San Diego, but still 90 miles out...best guess would be 20,000 ft. I ALWAYS try to pick window seats well forward or back in the plane to at least give me a chance to take photographs. Usually the windows are dirty, but sometimes it works well. :)
