    This fellow just kept coming and coming. I cropped so tightly as I really liked and wanted to emphasize the expression on the birds face.

    I like the expression and the power in the legs and talon. 2 tone BG is good. Plane of critical focus seems closer to talons and tail than head. I would crop a smidgeon from the top to raise the bird slightly in the frame. Must have been a great sight through the viewfinder.

    Great eye contact, details and dangling feet. I might put the bird a bit further to the left in the frame and increase contrast a few points.

    I totally agree with Tony and Axel. The crop works fine to me and the action is fantastic. The eye contact and light reflected from the water in the underside of the eagle is to die for. Superb job getting this fantastic image with your eyes closed ;-)
