I had had no free time to devote to birding or photography because I am really busy at the office and at home so I have to post some images from several weeks ago.

As always, I love to hear your comments and suggestions :)

Metered to perfection. Good resolution and detail in the plumage. Wish the eye was just a little more visible, but that is a minor issue. The water has almost no demarcation from BG. Interesting. Very well done.

Love the colors, comp, and mood here, Juan. Some might wish for more contrast, but I like it as presented.

The pastel look to this image works very well. Great sharpness, nice reflection, and a good pose. Better eye contact would help, and I would probably go with a vertical crop (I'd leave a little more room at both the top and the bottom).

Great light, details and mood. I could see this as vertical crop, too.

Agree with Doug about top or bottom and Axel for a vertical, everything else is bang on.
