After I go to advanced the manage attachment link does not appear.

OK now I get it. As a BPN Forum Contributor you can post links to images hosted elsewhere but not upload to BPN to host directly. Members only can upload to BPN.

Hey Reigh. We would be glad to have you as a full member of the forum (only $20/yr) and then you could upload photographs through BPN. If that doesn't work for you, you can still post the image on your own site or through a place like Flickr and then link to it on the BPN forum. Let me know if you need more help.
