Default North East Birding opportunities in February

I had plans to head towards Maryland / Delaware towards the end of Feb to photograph the Eagles, but it looks like I missed opportunity, as from all accounts, most birds are starting to nest already.

Can anyone make suggestions as to high-probability birding locations in the NE?? Anywhere from CT down to around the PA, MD, DE borders??

You may want to post this in the mid-atlantic forum, too.

In Massachusetts, we have been enjoying the presence of snowy owls at Salisbury Beach and Plum Island.

The eagles are near the Chain Bridge in Newburyport, as they usually are this time of year.

Hudson River from the TZ Bridge north to the Bear Mountain Bridge--Westchester and Rockland County sides....I've been able to get many good shots over the last few weeks...but they will be leaving in the next couple of weeks.....
