The wing position is excellent and I also like the dangling feet. I might have chosen a higher ISO for higher shutter speed and would blur the BG more. The dark horizontal band is a bit distracting.

Great wing position and bloody talon. I love how focused the bird is on its ? prey. I would boost contrast just a bit. The BG is easy to fix in PS. I'll see you on Tuesday!!!

Great pose and visage. Is that blood on the talons? With my calibration strip looking perfect, this image looks a stop too light.... A small crop from the top would lessen the impact of the dark strip.

A bit too light, and needing a contrast boost...those things I agree with. What a great wing position though, and that "visage" (didn't know you could use that word in english!) looks very cool and in full concentration mode :-) I also like the near wing having a bit of motion blur to it. This creates a nice "swooping" effect.

Wow, great photo support (the rework looks great Doug) and a vocabulary lesson all at one place. Gotta love it.

The repost is much better but the problem with the image is the relatively harsh, off-angled light, thus the shadow on the face. The dirty face does not help. Still a great pose.
