You protected the highlights well and still have good underwing detail. Sharpness is excellent and the fish is a nice plus. I would place the bird in the left of the frame to give it some room to fly into. Eye contact could be a little better, but the bird is turned away from you and appears to have already flown past you. Lastly, I wish the beak had better separation from the far wing.
