This is another of a series of squirrel & bird photos that I took on New Years day in my son-in-law an grandson's back yard in Orford, Quebec. It had recently snowed and the temperature was close to 0 degrees F. Notice the snow on his head. He had built tunnels in the snow.

Think I like this one best Tom. Supper clean BG, just the right head turn, catch light in the eye, s-curve on the tail and back. Well composed and cropped. Nice work.

A very nice image, Tom and I would second Robert's remarks and add that the light is great. There is a bit of a red-eye thing going on here - you could darken the pupil. You might consider cropping a little bit more from the right. Personally, I'm not a big fan of all the seeds scattered around - unless you are specifically portraying a "squirrel at a feeder." If so, it's perfect! :)

Really nice light and detail against that great background. I like your overall composition with the snow/ground in the lower right corner anchoring the image.
