    American tree sparrow, about an hour ago. Our western Mass. snowstorm is still raging as I post.

    1DM3, 500 with 12mm extender, ISO 800, f/5.6, 1/400 sec (eval. meter +.67 EC)

    C&C appreciated.

    I like the angle, details, soft light, BG and snow. I might put the bird a bit lower in the frame.

    I just canīt get enought of these images, the mood that snow gives them is just lovely, I love also the pose, great exposure and detail. Big congratulations!

    Hi Keith, Love the snow , it adds so much to the shot, I also like the pose ,details and exposure-well done.

    Really a sweet image Keith and the falling snow adds so much. I agree with the suggestion of placing the bird a tad lower in the frame. Many thanks for sharing.

    I feel it could use a little more contrast. The falling snow is a huge plus! Cool! Maybe crop a little from the bottom then to have less room. :)
