This is a great picture. These little ones are quite fast and tough to catch in flight. I like the background colors but the overall picture seems a little too contrasty. Diti you add the catchlight in post processing? Since your flash did not fire, I wonder if this is where the natural catchlight would fall.

Excellent flight image Jody and I absolutely love the muddied feet and bill. Head angle is questionable I guess, but not from me personally. I think you got some great detail in its feathers too and that background complements the little bird very well. :)

The BG is to die for! hey I'm not a tie die shirt kinda person, but if they came out with one with your BG colors and pattern I just might be tempted to buy it !:D

Oh wait... nits... I need to find a nit! Maybe make the whites on the neck whiter vs slightly gray??? I'm really stretching here! I love it, just fantastic and the skill level getting the image makes it even nicer!

Jody the blacks in the bird seems to need a litle contrast boost (but not sure because I have never seen this species in reality). I like the eye contact, sharpness, hanging feet and the beautiful BG. The wing position is not the best to my taste. Very good job!

Great catch, Jody. These are fast little birds. My only nit would be the wing position, yet I'd love to have this one in my files.

Love this one Jody and not an easy image to capture. The BG and the excellent eye contact really makes this one for me. Congratulations !!!
