Sharpness, exposure, and eye contact all look good. Nice underwing detail. The crop is a bit tight on the right.

I see that you recropped your image Marc. If possible submit edited images as a new post inside the thread rather than deleting the original image. It helps people understand what's going on. BTW like the recrop better than the original.
