I was trying to take landscape shots w/ the 100-400 lens,tried to take this shot w/ every SS and aperture-I liked the results of this combo. De-saturated it using color-efex.

Beautiful image, Denise...great feel to this. I do think it might look even better with less color on the sand in the front - let that be your lightest area and then leave the rest for the mid and deeper tones.

Excellent feel and love the image. Suggestion by Jules will strengthen IMO Would also take just a tad from the top top for proportion. If anything I want to see more ... side to side Big Congrats !!!
