Caught a Coyote trying to sneak up on Sandhill Cranes. He was cooperative enough for a few frames before heading for the next county. Comments Criticism ?

I love the eye contact and the habitat that makes him blend in with his surroundings. I'd have preferred a lower angle for a more intimate image and a little bit more room at the bottom for the virtual feet.
He looks like a very nice specimen!

    Mark,

Agree with the previous comments. You could also try, if using Photoshop a Shadows/Highlights adjustment to open up the shadows in the coyote some though I like it as is too.

    Nice work.

Another vote for lower angle and more room for the feet. Maybe more of a pano crop to take some off the top would reduce the appearance of the angle. That's a nice looking coat and I like the overall color of the image.

    Mark,
I am in agreement with the previous posters. Good looking Coyote. A lower angle would have been better and would have certainly helped the background. I like the eye contact. If there is a bit more space at the bottom, then it would be better.

    Cheers,
