Beautiful bird and great find. I like the exposure control, might increase saturation a few points and would be tempted to clone out the trunk behind the bird.

1-Why so high in the frame???
2-The bird's head is angled away from you...
3-As a result, the head is soft. Some selective sharpening would help but is not substitute for a good head angle.

This species is one of the 17 endemics species on the Island. The vegetation and terrain always present a challenge, also the birds are not as tolerant to humans as in Florida.
This picture was taken in the Maricao State Forest, a most if birding in the Island.
It's a fantastic bird that I would love to see someday! You did well in what looks like tough lighting conditions, but I do think that the bird a bit lower in the frame could make a stronger composition. I hope that you managed some additional frames of this beauty!
