Default High Key B abd W

Took this with my 100mm macro and turned it into a high key B and W in PP. (Think it's high key)
Not really a nature photograph but I was wondering if you had any improvements to suggest in PP, Is it too light, too dark, too many details. not enough?
    Thanks
A picture of my niece and her husband and their new baby.

I'm not sure if there's any guidelines on how many details there should be on this kind of photo, but I think you could try a little bit more mid-tone on the baby's face and the wife's. I'd say especially the baby's. But overall, it works for me as is.

i agree with desmond because i totally missed the baby at first. if there was somehow to get some definition in the baby's face it would be great!! i think whatever you do would transfer to your niece's face too.

i like it a lot!! nice treatment!

Jackie, I agree w/ above comments-I think you nailed the husbands skin tone. I like the composition. You must be so proud of your niece and her family!!

Agree with previous comments but I really like the concept and hope you can fix it...and I think your niece looks like you!

Hi Jackie...I really like the way your nieces husband is shown and he becomes the center of interest in the image. I don't know if you planned it that way but for my taste I would have preferred all 3 presented in the same way.. I like the effect...

I like the repost best. Better details in Mom and Baby and Dad did not lose any. Nicely done. Happy family. Dave

    Hi Jackie:

They look like a couple of movie stars . . .

Love the way they stand out instead of just being there in a regular B&W.

    Repost a signifigent improvement.

Repost and getting closer Do like high key images but might want a little more detail on the baby Might try selecting the edges and doing some blurring for effect !!!
