    “Contemplation”

This handsome fellow stopped to pose this morning at Anhinga Trail, in Everglades National Park. He was painted with a Nikon D70s using a Nikkor AF-S 300mm f/4 D IF-ED lens, and a Nikkor 1.4 T/C.

    Image Solution:
    focal length @ 630mm / exposure mode @ aperture priority / matrix metering / ISO @ 320 /1/1250sec - f/5.6 / exposure comp @ +0EV / white balance @ auto / AF Mode @ AF–C, dynamic range /color mode @ sRGB / tone comp @ 0 degree / hue adjustment @ 0 degree / saturation factor @ +1 degree / no speedlight – ambient light / no tripod - hand held /

    Comments greatly appreciated…

Lovely feather details and love how the reeds are going off in different directions Gus. Wondering if the eye could take just a touch of sharpening??
