    Default Common Redpoll

    Hello Everyone,

i take pictures at my backyard this morning because the temperature was very very cold. I take this Common Redpoll:

I like the pose, setting, BG and light, always great to see this species. I would have gone to ISO 200 and wish the angle were less steep. I'm not too crazy about the frame since I find it overpowering. Maybe also a slight crop off the right.

Great perch and pose. This image would benefit from some CCW (counter clockwise) rotation and cutting some off the right side. I am still working on making a good photo of this species:).

A sweet pose and nice perch. A little crop off the right side, as the others mentioned, would accentuate your subject. What a great backyard bird to have!

Lovely bird and a good job with the EXP even though the light is from the rear. Best to try and point your shadow at the bird. The steep angle is detrimental to the success of the image.
