The number of shore birds are increasing at Estero Laggon.
This one is from yesterday afternoon.

Like the moment you captured. Sharp in the eye and good details in the feathers on the back. The bright light doesn't seem to help in rendering the details in the white feathers on the chest area better. Composition-wise perhaps you could crop a bit tighter.

Hi Adams - love the low angle and the action - HA and eye contact are good.

I think a pano crop would work as well.
    well done.

I vote for a pano crop, too and perhaps tone down the whites just a tad. Good HA and great action capture.

Great action captured and I like the details and eye contact. Is this a piping plover? The bill seems a bit long.

    Hi Axel,
I am no expert on shore birds ID.I would be curious to find out what others think about the ID.
