    Hi Nonda,
I like the composition, image ans capture...the duck is placed just right in frame, showing a good head angle and good eye contact. I like the wing position...my only suggestion would be to run a tad of noise reduction in the background...well done...looking forward to your next one...

The detail really held up well for a large crop! Love the wing position, eye contact, and BG, although I agree with Gus's suggestion about NR. Keep up the good work!

Hi Nonda, another great DIF (ducks-in-flight); the colors are so rich and love that eye.

Thanks all..Not sure that is noise, looked at it up close here and more like posterazation (sp) worked on the sky separately from the bird to get a bit more blue (ran a light g. blur on it after) and it looks like I over did the saturation part, whoopsie:o

    Hi Nonda . . .

Looks like your having a great Duck migration at the moment, love all your Ducks lately, and this one in particular.

Do you ever get any Mandarin's, I have never seen one in the wilds except on TV last night . . .

    Thasnks for sharing

Nope no Mandarins Gus, that would be cool! The migrations is just starting, P-tails are the early guys and the real push hits in March. I've been rather house bound and getting stir crazy, reason I've been playing around with images from last season.

Hi Nonda My suggestion would be getting a 600 with 2X :)
Sure wish you could get closer to these guys !!!
