    Beautiful image Michael. Pose and color just make it stand out. Overall exposure is good and of course, the head angle is good.
    The weeds below the water surface could be distracting, you could also burn the beak an little.

    I like the eye contact and details and would crop a bit off the top. Does it need a bit CCW rotation?
