    On my monitor this looks very over sharpened. I'd try again, and back off on the sharpening.

    Sharpness looks right on my monitor. the light is a bit strong to my taste but you did it very well adding some fill flash to compensate the strong light. The Bg is very dark and I would prefer a different head turn, pararlel to the focal plane or the bird looking directly to the camera.
