    But found again. :) From last summer
    1DMKIII 300/2.8 IS + 2X TC
    1/1250s f/7.1 at 600.0mm iso800

    I like this one. The bird is well lit and has a good pose, the uplifted leg is a nice plus. Good job on your selective focus, you managed to clearly show his environment without distracting the viewer from your subject.

    Joel is right on with his critique. I really like the prancing look to the bird - almost like he is having fun. Well done.

    i totally agree with Joel. The poase of the bird, the action, sharpness and low angle put this image over the top. I like it a lot!
