    Hi Jon,

    First of all great job on the exposure! Head angle and eye contact is super! Looks nice and sharp also.

    I would rotate CW a bit. Also maybe apply some NR on the BG to soften it slightly.

    I like the pose and details and agree regarding CW rotation. I might also tone down the highlights a bit.
