    Hello,

    This is one of our resident male House Finches that compete with the rest of birds for their share of bird seed from our feeder . . . .

    Well composed and executed Gina...I like it...The perch is superb, in combination with the complimenting color hues of the background. I like the placement of the subject in frame...you display a good head angle and sharp eye...my only suggestion is that the little guy is a wee bit over sharpened...aside from this, a definite wall hanger...congrats...looking forward to more...:cool:

    btw for printing you probably want the sharpening to look just like you have it presented, a tad over as Gus mention.

    Lovely shot Gina. The colours on the bird look great. The seed is a very nice touch. Maybe a bit oversharpened on the monitor, but not for print.
