    From my last trip to Puerto Rico during the holidays.
    This species are a regular visitors to my brother's backyard, next time I should set a perch with food to attempt a better background and lighting (which will be a first for me).

    1/80, f6.3, 700.0mm, iso400

    Lovely colours. The yellow works well with he small area of blue in the BG. I would be tempted to crop from the right and little from below to reduce the amount of OOF perch. A lower angle would be nice so I think your plan for a set-up perch next visit is a good option.

    I like the composition but the blue OOF area in the Bg is distracting IMO. I agree with Tony about the angle. Very good sharpness Raúl

    Raul,
    As mentioned before, a lower shooting angle will give pleasing results. The blue is a bit bright for my taste. Even at 1/80 sec you have got good sharpness.

    I agree with your assessment of the situation Raul. A better perch and a lower angle will really help.
