    I photographed breeding long-billed curlews which nest here in the Bighorn Basin of NW Wyoming for my upcoming book on the basin.

    Canon 1D2, EF500mmF4IS, handheld, ISO 320, 1/4000 @ F6.3

    Beautiful flight capture of the curlew. Love the great wing spread and the pose that allows us to be able to view the topside. Excellent detail and a beautiful BG. No Nits for me !! Awesome capture Dale !!
