    Minus 31 Celsius on an otherwise sunny day :D This one I caught as it was landing on this perch. The BG is snow that was shaded by a large tree.

    Good timimg to catch the bird about to land with wings closed. Plane of focus well placed on the subject and exposure good. Could possibly extract a bit more detail around the face and a little more room above and right would be nice.

    Great moment captured and I also like the eye contact and BG. Another vote for a wider crop.
