    It's been a while. I've been busy focusing on everything but my love of bird photography. I know this is a pretty static image of a common bird but it's one of my newer images and I'm actually quite fond of the background. This was taken at Anhinga Trail with Bahlf (Blake) Shadle and Judd Hirsch (Patterson). Hopefully, I can get my flavor back and frequent this forum again with some more exciting shots.

    I like the composition, eye contact and BG. I wouldn't mind seeing this a little bigger and maybe more sharpened.

    Hi Phiip, Looks very sharp from here and yes, a lovely BKGR. Would like to see a bit more of a head turn. You might try de-SAT-ing the CYAN in the whole image a bit and see how it looks.
