Well, Canon tried to repair my 1D MkIII twice without much luck so thankfully the shop that I bought it at got an authorization to replace it. This is 1 of the first shots taken with the new camera. This was taken on Saturday and it was a really gray day. The focus seemed to have locked really well as I had a great success ratio in the bursts that I shot! This is straight out of the camera for a reference. The camera that this replaced had trouble focusing at all in a burst of shots, maybe a 20% in focus ratio. I kept thinking that it was something that I was doing wrong, I am excited for better subjects and better conditions and now I am hopeful!

I like the idea and oncoming pose. The image seems to have a pink color cast.
