    They do! Nice lighting and the head is very sharp. A slight head turn more to the camera would be more effective and I might crop a bit of the bright backround out. A clean backround usually makes these types of images stronger. However , not always possible.

    Great colors and detail. I might crop out the dark spot in the URC.

    David, I like his placement in the frame and you did well minimizing surrounding distractions. Cropping more from the top as suggested will help finish off that part of the image.

    The strong light is tough with critters out of the water. Try a reverse s-curve (PSCS). Go to this link for info on that http://www.birdphotographers.net/for...ad.php?t=20434.

    David,
    i like the colours and the composition. I agree about the need for head turn and the crop from the top. I won't relish the thought of it in my menu though.:eek:
