I tried posting a photo of less than the 1024X 800 dimension size with the use of manage attachements. My image was 800x875. The response was "we can change the size put in 1024x800. I am confused. It seems as if the manage attachement would accept anything less than the specified 1024x800.

1024 width and 800 height......and you had 800 width and 875 height, so 875 is to large.
