    Beautiful creature with those eyes and that's what I find most appealing. I am not to sure I like the feet and back-up cut off here and the looking down vantage point makes the Steenbok look small.

    Hi Ken... great eye contact and that lip curling up out of the mouth gives this an extra special interest. If it were mine, I might try cropping more off the right to make it more of a vertical format and place more emphasis on the head, etc. Nice capture. :)

    I like the patterns in the ear fur and the facial details. I too might go with a vertical crop to accentuate the face.

    Good idea on the vertical crop John. I think that will make a big difference and bring the center of interest to the face and those beautiful eyes.

    Thanks for all of your comments the idea for a more vertical crop would I think certainly improve this, unfortunately I can do nothing about the Steenbok looking small as it is very small.
