    Default Ring-necked Duck Landing

Ring-necked Duck coming in for a landing. The ring on his neck which is often difficult to see in this species is visible here. Image captured from a duck blind in South Carolina. Went right on the verge of a little hot in the whites to make sure I got that head and ring detail.

Nice action. Sharp where it counts and some implied action with the wing tips. Good job getting the neck ring as well. The colors and exposure are good...as is the dark BG which I always like. It works well for me.

Very nice action shot. I love everything on it. The ring is a great addition as the warm tones.

Excellent background and colors, what a gorgeous eye!

The little blur on the wing tip gives it a great sense of motion.

Beautifully captured Jason with a real feeling of movement both in the wings and the pose of the head. The ring on the neck is a great bonus and the BG is awesome . Wonderful image.

Jason, This is just killer. The wing position, lighting, and bg are all superb.

Nice, warm golden light in this image Jason. Great action pose as well.
